Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
These terms apply when you book or take a session with Sovran through sovran.works/sesiones. Booking a session means you accept them.
Who delivers the work
Gregorio von Hildebrand, operating as Sovran. Every session is delivered by him personally — no delegated teams, no rotating instructors.
Booking and payment
Paid sessions are charged upfront in US dollars via PayPal. The price is the one shown at the time you book.
The free community call (Tuesdays and Thursdays) requires no payment or card.
Rescheduling
Things come up. Email us with as much notice as you can if you need to move your session and we'll find a new time. There's no fixed automated cancellation window right now — we handle it by email, case by case.
Confidentiality
Your session content — your project, your code, your business ideas — is confidential. It is not shared with third parties or used as a case study without your explicit permission. See the Privacy Policy for more detail.
What you build is yours
The code, workflows, and deliverables we build together in your session belong to you. We work on your own files and projects; what comes out of it stays with you.
No outcome guarantees
We teach and build with you on your real project, and every session ends with something working. That's not a guarantee of a specific business outcome — results depend on your project, your team, and what you do afterward.
Limitation of liability
Sovran is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of code, workflows, or judgment shared in a session. We offer the best judgment available at the time; the decision to implement it is yours.
Changes to these terms
If something changes materially, we'll update it here and adjust the date above.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica, where Sovran operates.
